This publication provides a detailed overview of EASE’s four core programme pillars, their strategic objectives, and the integrated sub-programmes that drive community impact across The Gambia.
Each programme area is designed with clear objectives, structured implementation plans, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure measurable and sustainable outcomes.
1. Agricultural Development & Sustainability
This programme strengthens food security, climate resilience, and rural income generation through:
- Sustainable farming practices and climate-smart agriculture
- Farmer capacity building and extension-style technical support

4. Community Health & Wellbeing
