The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan invites applications for the Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program 2025. This fully funded scholarship is designed for students from OIC and NAM member countries to pursue Preparatory, Undergraduate, Masters, Doctoral, and General Medicine/Residency degrees at participating universities in Azerbaijan. The program covers all major expenses and aims to strengthen educational ties between Azerbaijan and partner nations.
Eligibility Criteria
•Citizens of the member countries of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
•For Undergraduate and General Medicine programs: Applicants must be younger than 25 years.
•For Graduate and Residency programs: Applicants must be younger than 30 years.
•For Doctoral programs: Applicants must be younger than 40 years.
•Must submit a medical certificate of good health (including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B and C tests).
•Proficiency in the language of instruction (English, Russian, or Turkish) is required, though a preparatory course is available.
