The Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) offers fully funded Master of Science and PhD programs to international and domestic students. All education is conducted in English. Eligibility Criteria

•Final-year students of undergraduate studies are eligible to apply (must receive diploma before enrollment)
•English language proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS results are not mandatory to apply but recommended; applicants without proof may be tested during selection)
•Submission of CV, motivation letter, and two letters of recommendation
•Passing the online test and/or interview process
