The USTC Fellowship is established by the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) to support international students pursuing degree programs at the university. The fellowship is available for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students. The program aims to encourage international students to study and conduct research at USTC. Applications are typically submitted through the USTC International Student Application System.
Eligibility Criteria
•Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport.
•Applicants must be in good physical and mental health.
•Educational background and age limits:
•For Bachelor's degree applicants: High school diploma, under the age of 30.
•For Master's degree applicants: Bachelor's degree, under the age of 35.
•For Doctoral degree applicants: Master's degree, under the age of 40.
•Applicants must meet the language proficiency requirements (HSK for Chinese-taught programs; TOEFL/IELTS for English-taught programs).
•Applicants must not be holding any other scholarship.
Financial Benefits
•Level A (Full Scholarship):
•Tuition waiver.
•Accommodation subsidy or on-campus dormitory.
•Monthly stipend: 2,500 RMB for undergraduates, 3,000 RMB for master's students, and 3,500 RMB for doctoral students.
